Coordinate educational engagement between members, provide valuable knowledge enhancement, share notifications and announcements, allow members to give presentations within the society and outside, and facilitate prospective intellectual collaboration with our colleagues in Egypt.

Goals:

• Case of the month to be posted on social media and the website.

• Article(s) of the month to be posted on social media and the website.

• Offering educational webinars and presentations by members.

• Posting educational webinars and presentations by other experts.

• Arrange sharing cases within the members for second opinion.

• Coordinate sharing cases as interesting findings.

• Sharing flyers/announcements about USCAP, CAP, and other educational activities from other societies.

Establishing a cohesive network between different practicing pathologists and pathologists-in-training for mentorship regarding career goals and enhancing US training search and job opportunities. This would involve academic, community, and private levels of practice.

Goals:

• Offer remote mentorship to US/Canadian/Egyptian physicians and medical students or graduates by sharing experience and offering guidance and advise.

• Arrange mentorship opportunities (Observerships, rotations, shadowing, etc..) for Egyptian physicians and medical students or graduates who are interested in the field of anatomic and clinical pathology in the USA.

• Assist pathology residents and fellows in orientation, initiation and completion of their training.

• Provide guidance for trainees through the process of job finding.

Making the effort to reach out and make SEPNA more visible to other new members, and also to national pathology organizations and communities.

Goals:

• Actively participate in and support efforts of national and international pathology meetings and societies.

• Organize member alumni gatherings during national meetings.

• Advertising about the society.

• Recruiting additional members.
